"Overall customer service (CS) handling my pre-purchase questions was excellent. Affable and product savvy -they were so good that I chose to purchase from them rather than from one of the many vendors offering the same product at the same price. The welder arrived 6 days after placing my order. Shipping was included, as it is with all Lincoln 210mp welders. On the down side, Bakersgas is pricey on accessories. I can purchase rod, flux core, tips, etc, locally (including .0825% tax) and still pay less than their initial price which doesn't include shipping. That notwithstanding, CS definitely earned Bakersgas a five-star rating for their handling of my purchase."
