"Can't complain. Bought the much sought after Snoop Camera Messenger Bag from Timbuk2. When I ordered, they had 2 left and the price was $40 less than anyone else had it for. Got the bag and it looks brand new to me.
Shipping was free. I had to pay tax due to being in the same state as them. The plus side of being in the same state? The bag literally came the day after I ordered it. Doesn't get any better than that.
I can't speak much for their return policies, as others have said, butgenerally a deep discounted store is more likely to have a poorer return policy.
