"I ordered a pair of Yonex badminton shoes (YONEX POWER CUSHION 91 MEN'S Badminton Shoes) via their website and I paid the full price ($83.90) on 5/27/2009.

When I opened the shoe box, I already knew the shoes had been wear or used because...

1. The wrapping paper was so wrinkled.
2. One of the stuffed paper (inside shoes) was missing.
3. The plastic string attaching the Yonex brand tag was cut off.

I emailed the company and explained to a guy named Victor Lo. He replied me there would be 15% restock fee in email. And he insisted the shoes were new. Later he explained the shoes had been tried for sizing because the company has the retail store.

I told Victor I would never pay FULL PRICE to buy an opened-box item or display item. I requested 10% of my money refund. Since that no more reply emails or communication from that guy or the company.

THAT'S RIDICULOUS !!! LOOK AT THEIR COMPANY'S RETURN POLICY... quoted 'must be in original packaging, unopened, and with all tags and/or stickers still attached.'

TAKE YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

I SUGGEST TO STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AWAY... WHAT A RIPOFF COMPANY !!!
