"I contacted them to change my order before it shipped or cancel it so that I could re-order. They lied to me and said it shipped already when it hadn't."
"I placed an order and bought 12 shirts. There was a shipping notification about 4 days later and then 3 days after that I received them. The shirts are okay quality, about the same quality of the plain colored shirt you can buy at hobby lobby for $4 each. They hold up well (I wear them at work) The shirts are $20 each buy 3 get 9 free. They charge more for some colors and options. So with shipping and the options I chose my order came out to $110 for 12 shirts, that's only $9.17/per shirt.
When the order showed up I was pleased with everything, except one shirt that I ordered was a woman's tank top and I had ordered a woman's scoop neck. I sent them an email, they got back to me the next day and said they would fix the problem and 3 days later I received the correct shirt in the mail.
Overall I was very pleased with both the customer service and the final product. I will buy from them in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.
If you are the kind of person who expects high quality thick warm shirts then just select the option for a Haynes Beefy T. If you are happy with just good quality shirts the stock ones are fine.
If you are the kind of person that can't trust that your order will show up in a week to 10 days, and you need constant updates on every step of the process then you may not be happy. But I seriously doubt you are going to get that kind of service at those prices anywhere. Especially from someone willing to print a shirt with the Egyptian pyramids on them with the caption "Slavery gets **** done""
"During the holidays there was a delivery issue. NOT their fault and yet they did everything possible to make us happy. Their communication and follow-up is an example of what customer service should be. Rarely see that any more.
We had bought several times in the past and i neglected to put in a review. Maybe because the products were great and there was never an issue. When things go so smoothly it don't think of leaving a review. Teaches me a lesson going forward. "

"I would not purchase from this company again. I placed an order for a Birthday present and did not ever receive any shipping information for more than a week. (and yes, I did check my spam folder). The company can only be contacted by email - they do not answer their phone other than every few days they check their voice messages. I sent two emails asking for the status of my order and even though they say that they will respond within 24 hours, I have yet to receive any response. According to their web site, they ship within 2-3 days. It's been a week now and my order still hasn't shipped and I can get no response from the company."
"I love these shirts. I thought i would get some cheap Chinese type of shirts but they used Gildan and were silk screen. Not sure how they can stay in business with the deal they are giving but i love them. They were great presents for the family."
