"Placed order Friday, card charged, got an email stating it had been shipped, but all they did was generate a tracking number. First excuse was that the truck just didn't pick up that day, then they said the truck had already been there by the time the order was placed, then two employees swore it shipped Monday, was picked up at 2:30PM, Mr. Tyler and Mr. Walls both said it was picked up Monday, and then later Mr. Tyler said oh, I found it in the warehouse and hadn't been picked up, but instead of taking it to the post office himself, said it would be picked up at 4PM, ultimately stated I was being "unreasonable" and canceled the order."
