"I ordered some stools and they arrived shorter than advertised and don't work. I contacted Babmar and their customer service was terrible. They said they would send me taller stools if I paid for shipping both ways. I offered to pay for shipping one way. No response. Don't believe the dimensions indicated on their website and Avoid Babmar!"

The first season I treated the cushions carefully, taking them in after use, then got lazy and left them out in the weather without a problem in heat, rain or snow. Cushion covers wash well, and foam is as firm as the season I first purchased. Revisiting the site now with thoughts of ordering additional pieces, and wanted to do Babmar justice with a long overdue review. "
"We bought a large set of outdoor furniture-- it's their "Swing 46 Sectional Sofa Set with Club Chair"-- from this company in San Diego about 4 years ago, and we absolutely love it. We live on Russian Hill in San Francisco, and we use the furniture on our roof deck on top of our home, so it needs to be light weight, but we wanted something that looks substantial and, obviously, is comfortable and durable, since it sits up there in the elements (wind, fog, etc.) all year round. I can't tell you how happy we've been with it-- both the cushions and the seats have held up amazingly well-- in fact the only thing we've had to replace is one cushion and cover that our dog chewed up! the covers are machine washable (at least we've had no problem washing and drying them at home) and they come out looking great. the customer service folks were terrific in the initial purchase and when we had to order the new cushion after the dog chewing incident. We are looking forward to buying a lounge from them now for our front deck-- great company, great product! "

The entire process was simple and all questions leading up to the placement of the order were answered completely, honestly and with the feeling of genuine concern. When I asked for additional chairs to compliment the stylus sofa set they offered two additional blue cushions free of charge. I did not get them when the order arrived but the gesture and intent was there and appreciated. The delivery was delayed by just one day and I can not tally the number of times the delivery company apologized. It came as promised the first drop the next day.
