Refusing to refund

"Order a right outside mirror for my 2011 528i. website said this was the mirror for my car, Cost Approx $110. Came with other parts that was correct. I followed their protocol for returns but they refused because they said it was an electrical part. Does not make sense to me. Another attempt to reach out connected to an refund specialist who said she would try to get an exception to give her 2 business days. been 10 days or more and no word. Would not recommend dealing with this company."
