"I saw good reviews on the BK Honda Parts so i tried to buy a spring kit for my wing spoiler because it adds weight to the trunk , i got an email from BK Honda Parts saying the status is on hold although the amount was deducted from my card and they are asking for my ID and credit card picture which is unacceptable .I sent them an email to ask them to return my money back if they do not want to send me the part and until now nothing."

"I have ordered 2 parts at different times. The first order was great. I got the part fairly quickly and it was cheaper than most other places for the same part. The second part, not so much. Ordering the part was easy. For some reason, I have to sign for this part and I have to be available to sign for it. I can't just sign the paper they leave on my door. The first part cost 10 times more than this part and it was left on my porch. Now, I have to take time off of work to go pick up the part because I am not at home when my mail is delivered. I don't think I will be ordering from BK Honda Parts in the future."
