"Same thing. I think this company is bogus. I bought a refurb SAN fiber optic card and then they did a 180 on me four days later (by email I might add) telling me the product was not in stock but I could buy a new one for substantially more. I responded to the email, no response. I have called them many times, only can leave voicemail. Buyer beware!"
"Bigestock had the refurbished part I was looking for at a very good price. I checked with them on availability and verified it was in stock and in the system. Then I ordered it and paid via paypal and then a day later I get an email saying its not in stock, even though full payment was taken and prestock was verified, as the price was very low. I ask to wait a month in email but get no response. Today June 1st I contact them to ask for a stock/delivery timeframe, and they said they put the order on hold at some point, and then unilaterally cancel the order at my time of inquiry today, implying but they did not have it in stock as the site claimed--even though they did from initial confirmation. No admission of responsibility was made, just many empty apologies. They apparently advertise items they dont have and dont take responsibility for their "alleged mistakes" in inventory, and do not fulfill orders when it suits them or benefits them, they appear to act fraudulently. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau next for poor customer service and, more seriously, alleged fraud and alleged misrepresentation of goods, and alleged bait and switching--offering a product for a low price, then you order it, then they dont have it and the price skyrockets and they make you wait on and on to get what you originally ordered and what they originally advertised. They made no offer of comparable product-functionality substitution (even though they carry many comparable items in stock) after taking payment, and never gave me the chance to ask for such after cutting me off after I asked to escalate the issue repetitively, claiming they want to make all their customers happy. So they made no offer of comparable product replacement, they just wanted to get out of the order when it suited them--Beware..."
"Just to mirror the others who say that buying something from their site doesn't mean that you'll actually get it. They won't take your money, but they advertise prices they have no intention of honoring. $76? no, we meant $474 for something you can get on ebay/any other store for FAR FAR less than $474.
Ok, that's fine. But then: it's back listed the next day at the same price! I call them on the phone. Nope, it's really $476, we'll correct it.
Ok, so now I'm a little annoyed. Searching AGAIN a few months later? It's BAAAACK.. $76. I wonder if I should just order 10 of them every day until they get sick of canceling it.

"Horrible. I ordered 6 separate products from these clowns. Apparently, every single item I ordered was incorrect on the web site. They were all listed as In Stock with a reasonable number of items in stock (2-5 each). Prices were reasonable so I placed the order. Next day I get 3 emails from them saying they apologize but each item was incorrect on the web site. On some they said they were out of stock, on others the advertised price was wrong and the real price had gone up about 10 fold."
"I attempted to order some hard drives from this seller by ordering from their web site. They canceled the order claiming that a mistake was made, AFTER the web site accepted the order and I quoted by customer based on it. I am now out several hundred dollars and bigestock.com won't even answer my email inquiries, let alone make any attempt to work with me to resolve the issue.
Do not depend on them to follow through on the commitments their web site makes for them."
