The only downside I found was that one paid of pants I purchased were not described as accurately as they could be. They were listed as comfortable as slacks with the utility of tactical pants they were in now at comfortable or flexible enough to ever be comfortable. If they had mentioned heavy duty canvas in the description it would have been more accurate. The return process was easy however requiring a track able shipping method increased return costs significantly such that it makes it unappealing to take a risk on unknown item online purchases in the future.
