"I purchased over 14 rolls of the satin rat tail cords. All in different colors. I received several rolls of the same colors and a couple of different colors that I did not ordered. A couple of the colors I ordered were in a purple/violet hues. What I received were rolls in red/wine color which were too much off! I contacted customer service. I even offered to keep the ones that they mistakenly shipped to me and pay for the ones that I was supposed to receive. However, I would not pay for shipping cost since it was not in my error. They did not accept my offer and argued that they sent me the correct colors. Their explanation was that since they deal with different manufacturers, the same colors are called out for different names. Really? Then, how come the colors are shown differently on the website. They said that I could send them back if I wasn't satisfied. Yeah? Why would I want to pay shipping for items that cost me less than shipping cost?!? So, beware when you order from BBCrafts.com. They're not willing to make the order right for you. Fortunately, they're not the only vendor for craft supplies. I know I won't be ordering from them again. "
