"Fraudulent. This company apparently runs several websites with fictitious inventory at low prices with "free shipping". They don't have the stuff they advertise and make no effort to fulfill the sales order.

After placing on order for a set of four chairs, I got an email that the item was not in inventory and that they would not have it in inventory in the future and they canceled my order.

A couple of days earlier, I had ordered the item from "thediningroomoutlet.com" and got the identical message.

Then I ordered from "thebarstoolsoutlet" and got yet again the same message and a canceled order.

The funny thing is that the same item is still listed on all 3 websites, so they are obviously not trying to be a legitimate merchant."

Received faulty merchandise, sent pictures, requested the part damaged to be replaced, along with the missing other pieces, was told would receive a call back on friday, no call, no call monday or tuesday either. I call them back, they say they sent an email, which was never received, asking for more pictures. I requested to speak with a manager. Emil says, OK, if I want to wait on the phone a few hours, he'll get me one. Then he proceeds to tell me, I don't know you, I'll pretend I do not know you.... save yourself the aggravation and do not order from this scam of a company."

"Honestly, this store was SICK and so was the whole purchase experience.

I found all that I was looking for on the floor. Obviously that had more on their site, but the store's floorspace was huge and I got to see a lot of stuff.

Set up my whole Dining Room here with table, chairs, and matching wine rack.

After I get my tax refund im definitely coming back...GOing to set up my living room with an awesome sectional I spotted.
