"I was happy to see the diamond of my choice and within the price range I wanted. I was offered a discount coupon when I signed up on their website. Since I could not get through on the phone I preferred to chat with them to place an order. I was denied the discounted offer and I was told that the discount is not available on lose diamonds. I felt offended as I as just thrown out of the purchase system. The offers on the website are so misleading . It was surely not a good customer service. Nobody even tried to negotiate with me. I was left to no choice but to hang up the chat. When I read the other reviews later I feel it was a wise decision not to but from B2C Jewels.
