"Order received but part didn't fit. Called contact phone # on packing slip regarding questions on order. They discovered part number on online catalog was incorrect. I returned bad part and they sent me the correct one. It was a custom part so it took a while, but the correct one came fast. AZ was right on problem instantly. They were very nice, thoughtful and very considerate of my problem. The two guys that handle this stuff are good, I had help from Gary.

"I was told via email order confirmation that the order would be delivered in 7-10 days on 6-26. A few days after the order I had received no indication of shipment or tracking information. I emailed customer service about lack of tracking info and was told that I would get it the next day. I never received tracking info until the order was 14 days old and I had emailed and requested cancellation of the order. In short, the order was placed on 6-26 and according to the fedex tracking information of today the order was only shipped yesterday from the Manufacturer ( after I had called and asked for cancellation of the order ). The person at AZT was courteous and seemed to want to help but he never delivered promised information. There seemed to be a disconnect between AZT and the manufacturer."

"Number one I received the invoice with the direct shipment from the manufacturer and saw that I paid about 60 dollars extra to have az trucks order it! Second I saw told I needed the primer for the installation at a cost of thirty dollars and discovered after reading the instructions for the window that the primer was only needed on replacements where the original primer and epoxy was scraped down to the metal. The quantity of the primer, at thirty dollars, was also excessive for a single window installation. I have no further need for 98 percent of the remaining primer. "
