"I just completed purchase of a Pioneer PRO-141FD from Axxis. I dealt personally with John Marty, who apparently has his cell phone physically attached since he was always available.

As most know, these monitors are in short supply. Axxis gave a great price, 15-30% better than anything quoted in Los Angeles locally before I found Axxis. Same on the BDI stand I ordered from him.

All went as planned, until the first panel arrived cracked, badly. John immediately arranged for a second panel to be delievered. But, cracked again. Somewhere in the delivery process, all was going wrong. It was looking bleak.

At that point, John was understandably wary that another panel would arrive broken as well. But he persevered, located one in Washington, shipped via FedEx freight, and now... I'm a proud owner.

John and Axxis really went above and beyond. He was committed that I be satisfied - even where the upside for Axxis may have been gone. He was enthusiastic, professional, courteous, and hugely responsive as he searched for another panel.

I rarely see good customer service anymore, let alone the outstanding service John and Axxis provided. I would and will revisit them when my needs arise.

My last words will be a challenge to John and the folks at Axxis - keep it up! From my experiences with them, I think they will. As a result, I trust they'll be successful and have many happy customers to show for it.

"I have ordered all my Pioneer Elite gear from Axxis Audio, and have always been impressed. I just pre-ordered the Samsung B8500 from them as well.
I have encountered nothing but top notch customer service, very competitive prices, and professional knowledge and treatment.
Like others I had some initial reservations about making such a big purchase over the internet... but since doing so have been so impressed that I have ended up steering many a friend in their direction. They have been great folks to me, and have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my purchases.
I would definitely recommend them.

"I was a little cautious about making a $5,000 purchase over the internet, but after checking the references of Axxis Audio I knew I had nothing to worry about. Everyone, and I mean everyone, had good things to say about them.

Feeling reassured, I purchased a Pioneer plasma Pro151FD from Axxis Audio in Feb 2009 and everything was superb as expected. The shipping was so FAST (2 days from Colorado to San Diego) that it arrived before I had the family room setup for HDTV. The driver delivered the TV into my family room and didn't just park it on my doorstep.

Regarding the shipping, John of Axxis Audio had emailed me previously that the only way to ship this TV was on a pallet because of its size and weight. This was not a normal item for the UPS driver. I checked with other TV dealers and they all were shipping this TV via UPS. Obviously Axxis uses the safest methods of shipping guaranteeing their customers satisfaction.

Needless to say, I am very happy with Axxis Audio. After the sale, John checked with me to make sure everything was OK (it was).

I am not an employee or a shill for Axxis Audio, just a happy customer who saved a bundle buying at Axxis. The audio/TV dealers in San Diego were selling this TV at list price, which was $1700 more than I paid Axxis. Most local dealers didn't even handle this high end TV.

I can easily recommend Axxis Audio for everyone that wants quality service at a very competitive price.

"I recently purchased a Pioneer Elite PRO-141FD flat-panel monitor from Axxis Audio. This item is getting harder to find as Pioneer is winding down manufacturing of plasma panels. I was pleased to find out that Axxis Audio had some in stock, and even more pleased at the price I was offered. I would only consider buying such an expensive item from an authorized Pioneer Elite dealer, of which Axxis Audio is one. Their price was very competitive with internet resellers advertising low prices for this item, but most of them are not authorized Elite dealers. Please note that being an authorized Pioneer dealer is not the same as being an authorized Pioneer Elite dealer. Don't waste your time -- call Axxis Audio first and you will not regret it.

I was a little nervous about buying an item such as this from a long distance away (I live in Maryland, they are located in Colorado). However, the panel was well packaged, strapped to a large wooden pallet to protect it, and shipped the same day I placed the order. It arrived in perfect condidtion and on time. I could not be happier.

My only regret is that I had not discovered Axxis Audio sooner. I was finally transitioning from a CRT TV to a high-end home theater system, and needed everything from electronics and speakers to a flat-panel display. Axxis carries nearly all of the brands I was interested in (plus others they do not advertise) and most likely I could have saved more money. More importanly, I could have made these purchases from a single vendor that is very knowledgeable, friendly and committed to great service. The next time I need some HT equipment, my first call will be to Axxis Audio.

"The best customer service I’ve ever had, bar none. John at Axxis Audio went above and beyond to help answer all my questions when I was looking for a new high-end preprocessor. We spoke numerous times on the phone and through email. Once I made my decision my order was promptly placed and I was kept updated on the status as there was a waiting list. The unit arrived from the manufacture a head of schedule and was shipped out immediately. After a slight shipping mix up, my unit arrived in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience with Axxis Audio, the price was great too.. I would definitely buy again and I’ve sent numerous people to Axxis who have purchased equipment. Do yourself a favor, call the people at Axxis Audio before you buy.

"I bought the Yamaha Soavo-1 pair through AxxisAudio.com about a year ago. The shipping was quicker than expected. Then about 1 month ago, my Tweeters blew, I contacted AxxisAudio (John) and told him the scenario. He was not hesitated to get all the info from my speakers and contacted Yamaha to get me the replacements. During the 1 month waiting for the tweeters, I received several emails from John updating the status of the Tweeters. The replacements arrived last week and I was happy to enjoy music again. This is the kind of customer service that everyone is dying for. Thank once again John. I will buy from AxxisAudio again. "
