"Overall, excellent buying experience. Had a number of emails with Frank about availability and items on hand before purchase. Honest about what was in stock and out of stock. They do not back order though. Bought an U/W case and a telephoto lens. Both arrived in about 3 days. They shipped to alternate address with no problem since signature was required. Shipping was only slightly more for 2 items than 1. Nice touch.
After receiving items, had a feeling one was not working right. Few more emails back and forth. All answered promptly and no big deal if I wanted to send back. "I'm not too technical, was looking for a digital camera and really didn't know what would be the best options for my budget. They emphasized to ask questions if needed on their site and after a couple of emails they actually called me. They did the research and helped me decide which camera would be the best for me. I ordered the Asus A8N-SLI motherboard after searching in yahoo shopping, and this is the lowest price that came up for the mobo. It wasn't just the lowest price, it was $30-$40 cheaper than what other websites were selling it for. Because of this I becamse weary, so I came here to check their reviews, and while they wern't spectacular, the thing that impressed me was that they took the time to respond to the couple negative reviews they had. To me, this shows me that the company cares about it rep and wants to be known as a great company. After reading that, I immedietly purchased the motherboard.
While it did take a little long to arrive (it took 7 days from the time I purchased it), it is well with in the time frame a I was looking at. Everything came as expected with no problems.

I ordered the awesome Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboard from these guys after finding them to be the CHEAPEST company on froogle and any other price comparison site. The price was amazingly cheap compared to any other site, even Newegg which is a great company themselves. But the mobo came just as I wanted.
I was worried at first because their web site is not quite 100% perfect in that not all the links work and there aren't pictures for a lot of their items that they sell. But the description was right for my item.
