"i recv'd this card 04-07-2021 called and spoke with a guy name derron . he stated he works out OF charlotte nc he gave his work number ***-***-****. he stated the card is real after taking to him but it will be about 7 days before it is actived. little behold i wait longer then 7 day and tried to activate the card and register the card got nothing. call derron on the number given he can no longer take calls or message. yes of course he did call me and i was unable to get to my phone. i tried calling him back and got the same message as before. i call the number on the back of the card and got the message of donor information WOW! i KNEW THIS WAS A RIPE OFF!!!!"
"I received the card back in November and talked with someone then. He said card would be activated in 30 days. Over a month later, I saw nothing and person on the call said to go to the site awards2go. When I did this, I had to register, which I did. 2 weeks later and still it says zero balance. I'm coming
up on 2 months now. Nothing on the card, no one has bothered to respond to my inquiry and last time I had called, they have no idea and just refer me to the site. All they can tell me is that balance is $0 which I already knew. I think this is just a scam. "
"We were given $50.00 gift cards instead of a Christmas bonus last year (yay) and I've had trouble using the last $9.93 on the card. After calling 4 times, I was finally able to speak with someone who told me that my card was declined because the amount was too close to the balance on my card. They assume that I will leave a tip and there wasn't enough money on the card to leave a tip. I was picking up food on my lunch break not sitting down to eat a meal. I was told by Elisa that I my total had to be around $8.00 in order to use the card with $9.93 on it. This place sounds like a rip off to me. "
"We were given an awards2go.net card as a Christmas bonus. I had trouble with the card from the git-go. They withheld a $100.00 deposit at a gas station, $5.00 deposit at an eating establishment. No where on the attached card or the debit card did they say they would do this. Very embarrassing to have the waiter say the card is declined. I would never recommend anyone or company to use this company."
"We didn't give Awards2Go a lot of time before Christmas to get out order out--and we wanted a bunch of customization--but they did a great job, and I think our employees really appreciated it."
