"Using Avi Naturals products for a year now. The products are really good. Staff is very helpful. "
"I have purchased 4 times from Avi Naturals, the first order was small and I was satisfied so I ordered again. After receiving the second order I was not sure how pure the oils where so I email Avi Naturals asking for more information, the response I received did not answer my questions but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I foolishly order two more time, during this period I sent one sample to a Lab, in Canada, that tests Essential oils.
The response to the test was: We believe that the sample contains no palo santo oil at all, since it misses at least one key constituent (menthofuran). Among ingredients present in this imitation, we suspect at least a copaiba species and guaiacwood, as well as a vegetable oil - possibly castor oil.
I tried to call and email Avi Naturals with a copy of the test, nothing has been done.
I then sent another two samples and the response was:
- The 19K26-KIJ02-1-CC -Vetiver sample contains a small amount of vetiver oil beside several synthetic and natural compounds.
- The 19K26-KIJ01-1-CC -Blue Tansy sample does not correspond to a blue tansy oil.
Again, I email Avi Naturals and sent them copies of the tests and I did receive a couple of email back but without any suggestion on how to get the product replaced or returning the money I have spent.
They have posted Certifications on their web site and this concerns me even more than the fraudulent product. I am trying to tell as many people as possible so they are not taken advantage of as well as trying to contact the Certification Co., if we can not trust these what good are they.

"Can someone at Avi Naturals help Me? I ordered 5000 ml of moringa oil and 5 kilos of powder to launch my business. I received the items but the oil smells like oregano and the powder has what seems to be hair in it. I've been using moringa for years and have never received a batch that smelled or had hair in it. I decided to start selling it, have all of my packaging ready to fill and label but I'm on hold until I can get to the bottom of it. I have tried numerous time to contact Avi Naturals but can't seem to get a response. PLEASE HELP?!?!"
