So once I confirmed the delivery via fedex, I then tried multiple times to contact autopartsasap via phone which after four times I simply gave up and emailed. Which didnt work. Fortunately, my other two ramps have shown up.(a week later) But this companies customer support is nonexistent. Be forewarned."

They charged us $150.00 for shipping to Hawaii, but the real cost to them was $59.00, as reflected on the packaging. This is the absolute worst company to deal with.
