"Automotix LKQ sent an engine with broken timing chain parts. It was discovered when material was found in the oil pan and oil pickup while inspecting and replacing the oil pan gasket which was leaking from the shop prior to sending to me. My mechanic than had to take this engine apart further in order to take pics of the broken parts that automotix LKQ requested in order to determine if they Automotix LKQ should replace the engine with another one or repair this engine. So basically my vehicle has to sit an additional week costing my shop, and myself time and money, plus I have to pay the shop additional money for taking this broken engine apart and putting it back together to be shipped back. The replacement engine that is being sent now also has higher miles and Automix LKQ will not refund the difference in the cost between and higher mileage engine and the one I initially purchased. **** you I hope they strip every bolt in the motor they are sending back. Don't send another **** because Im pulling the oil pan and inspecting this motor while driver stands here with his thumb up his **** and waits, if its bad or has signs of damage inside im not accepting it. **** you "
