After a week of waiting for an order with no email or tracking, I wrote them, and got what I expected, and email saying we're looking into it. I did read the very mixed reviews prior to ordering some of which were very good, and some not so much. They appear to be legit, but perhaps very poor service and transparency, and don't necessarily have on hand what they sell. This is misleading for those of us who order, expecting something in a reasonable amount of time. Be very aware of this practice across the WEB, and ask yourself if it is worth the wait, and/or saving a few dollars. I will follow up if/when I receive product or a satisfactory response."
