"This is the worst experience ever in ordering parts I have yet to get a hold of any customer service in over a week I have called over 10 times with 4 emails and still no response. I just want what is fair my core deposit back! I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.
“The buyer was provided with the core return instructions in response to multiple messages sent, which further delayed our response. The buyer was provided with the information necessary to return the product for the core refund on 10/24/2015. After waiting approximately a week after the information was provided to the buyer, a PayPal claim was opened on 10/30/2015 for the entire amount of the alternator, well after the buyer was provided with the information needed for the core return. The claim was closed in our favor.”
Again the address to return the core was not a CONFIRMED address through Fed Ex or UPS they both recommended not shipping to an UN-Verified address. I DID NOT open a claim for the entire amount only for the $80.00 core charge I have a emails for verification. I called them over 30 times with over 10 voicemail's with not one call, just generic emails with a bad address to return. This is the bogus address they provided to me 67 Whitston St.
Hampstead, NY 11550. Please watch out for this company saving a few dollars is not worth it in the long run not to mention the worst customer service if I ran my business like this I wouldn't be in business. "
