"First of all, I read a lot of reviews on Authentic Watches before buying. Most were good but the few that were not mostly revolved around returns. Be aware of their return policies before you buy and have a pretty good idea what you want before ordering. Considering what they sell, I can understand their well-defined return policies. Also, you are not getting a factory warranty. The warranty offered is from Authentic Watches. I can't speak to their warranty because I have not had to use it. In any event, I would return the watch I bought to the manufacturer for service even though I would have to pay for it. I saved enough on the purchase to make this a non-issue. Best to leave service on an expensive watch to the experts.

That said, everything was as advertised and they delivered as promised, with good customer service to boot. The watch is exactly as represented and functions perfectly. All at a great price compared to suggested retail. One thing to note is that they have stock merchandise but apparently you can also order watches not in stock. I assume they will look for the watch but I don't know how long that will take. My advice: stick to what they have in stock because they are the best value anyway. All in all, I would buy from Authentic Watches again."
