"Ordered a discontinued Kelty Bag from them, using their joke of a price- match tool.
They agreed a price match online and then refused to acknowledge once I proceeded to check out.
Between the numerous representatives I spoke with, they all gave different excuses and when I asked to speak with senior management due to the disgustingly poor service I was served with; they stated that their senior management don't speak to members of the public( Customers!!!!)- WHAT?
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE HIPPOCRATES "

"I ordered a kayak and they price matched it, so I also ordered accessories. In the final order the kayak showed the correct price and the the final total price was correct. I placed the order and even received an email with the correct price. I was billed on my credit card though paypal $118 more which was the regular price. I cancelled the order. They are a bunch of crooks!!!"

"Offered pricing match. Did not match what I had paid for Backpackers Pantry Gourmet Meals over the past year. Statement was that the price I supplied was for another item. Customer Service individual was Stefen Wow, call me a liar. "

"Had to write a review since people are quick to complain and slow to praise. I placed an order on Friday for a kayak for my daughter. About an hour after ordering, I received a courtesy call, asking if I had any questions or needed anything else with my order. Over the weekend, I got the ship notification with an estimated delivery of less than a week away.

My delivery was made on the following Thursday, just six calendar days after ordering. The kayak was in perfect condition and all accessories were intact. I got a package with a paddle, PFD, leash and the boat, for less than I would have paid for the boat locally. I love shopping local, but my local retailers had a delivery date of over a month for the same item. That's a third of the summer.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy another boat from them. I will once my son outgrows his starter kayak, I'll upgrade my daughter and he can have the one from this delivery. "

"I bought a CamelBak Eddy .75L water bottle on the 5th of October for around $16.00, which seemed like a good deal at the time because I was rushing a little bit when I was ordering the water bottle. I should've looked somewhere else. Even though I got my water bottle on the estimated delivery time and it was in good shape, I was overcharged on the item by a few dollars ($1-$2) range and while that may not seem like a lot, if one was buying a bigger purchase being overcharged is a big deal. "I've been ordering from Austin Kayak for the last 4 months or so and really like this company. In all at least 10 orders. They have a great inventory and pricing is good. The orders are usually processed & shipped the same day if you order before 5 PM.

As a bonus their monthly email newsletter usually has a coupon for 20% off on a single accessory. When you get your receipt ( with order ) there is a coupon for 15% off 1 accessory item on your next order. Shipping is free on orders over 39 dollars.

I have not had any problems with discounts not being applied properly or pricing being incorrect, they have been a pleasure to do business with.
