"WOW

Simply, Auroracell is the leader in custumer service. I ordered a phone through them and when it arrived I noticed I did not pay attention to the AD and the phone did not have WI-FI. I immediately called their custumer service and not only they were open to receive the phone back to them for a refund but they also just talked me through the different phones available for purchase and their capabilities.

They did this in two more occasions when I was still unsure of the items capabilities. I then ordered one of their recommendations and guess what?.....it is absolutely the best phone I could have gotten for the price. I love this service and store so much that I went back into the website and purchased a second phone for my wife as a Christmas gift.

Thank you Auroracell you are the best.

"The customer service I experienced was excellent. My emails were always addressed in a timely manner. Whenever I had to make a call, there was always someone to speak with and address the issue promptly. My device is beautiful, and is working well. I would definitely do business again with them. "this is a great phone!!! they shippied it in a timely manner, and every time i called to make sure my order was on the way they picked up thier phone. Also, at the time of delivery i requested for extra padding so the phone would be safer, and they actually did!!! its great!!! im useing my LG POP right now nd it works flawlessly, i love it. just as described! they were great! "Try to be fair. I bought a LG GC900 Cellphone, $269.95 [I believe... ]

Time of Shipping is good. On time.
Shipping cost: fair.



The quantity of the cellphone:

shell: no scar mark. great.
Function: nothing wrong. The 8MP camera is clear and wonderful. Just like a real camera.

Since I bought this cellphone about 6 months, I love my cellphone pretty much. But one bad thing is within 2wks, I have experiencing that the sensitivity sometimes doesn't work, and I have to unplug my cellphone and restart it.

This is the only problem about my cellphone.

Others... I think the service is great. Nothing to complain about. =)

"I ordered an unlocked Blackberry Storm on August 22, 2010 and recieved the item in about three days.. (Quick shipping) When I opened the phone and put in my SIM card, it wouldn't load properly so I called my service provider for a little assistance.. Needless to say, they couldn't help me so I had to call AuroraCell. When I called, I spoke to a kind gentleman who explained to me that the phones do not come completely setup, I would have to install the WAP setting myself. (HUH?) I was discouraged, who orders and unlocked phone to have to set it up themself? Anyway, I attempted to walk through the setup process (which he explained to me to search the 'how to' via youtube) and it did not work. I called back, annoyed, and he then said he would e-mail me a link that might be of better help. The link did not work, it sent me to a Blackberry website where I needed to download my service providers 'service books' to configure the phone. It asked me to put in the device's PIN number and MEID number. As soon as I entered the numbers, a message popped up "Invalid PIN" and it just wouldn't work.. I sent an e-mail back stating that this is a project and not what I was looking for, I could not complete the setup and I requested a refund. The man then responded to me stating I could either recieve a refund deducting 20% for stocking fees, or I could have a technician set it up for a fee of $10.. I went to FedEx the next morning (August 25, 2010) and shipped it out with a note saying I would LOVE for it to be fixed for me and come back in working order. A few days go by, no contact was made, but I kept a look at the tracking and noticed it was recieved. I then e-mailed the man back asking when my phone would be returned.. I got no answer so I waited another day or so and called them on August 29, 2010 and the technician told me that I would need to contact my service provider for a password and internet key (something like that) ..I then just said "Listen, my service provider doesn't support the unlocked phone and they will not help at all, this is way to difficult for me, I would like a full refund please." and I was granted a refund. Truthfully, my overall experience was horrible. I really liked the phone and ended up disappointed. The lack of contact and support makes it very difficult and I feel as if they should ask in the ad which service provider you're using so they can set it up for you before they ship it. (Unless they want to advertise that you have to setup the WAP settings yourself and that's something you're willing to do.) Thumbs down from me."

"I ordered an unlocked cell phone on the evening of Thursday August 19th. Payed with Paypal. I kept tracking the order status on their website, but it constantly said the order was "processing." I made a call on the morning of Monday August 23, and they said that they only had one phone in stock at their warehouse, but they were reluctant to send it out because it may have been a returned item or something may have been wrong with it. They said they would make contact with me via phone or email later in the day regarding the status of the phone. No contact was made. I called back around 4pm, and they said that they would send a tracking number and ship it in an hour. I kept checking their website for the status of the item, and around two hours later, the order was "cancelled." The accompanying message was "hi we receive your phone today but when we check it we find out it have only Chinese language so we have to cancel your order because we don't know when we receive this phone back in stock thank you Auroracell Inc." I called back around 6:30pm, which was a half hour before their call center was scheduled to close, and nobody was available to answer the call regarding a refund.

Update: Called them on the 24th to find out that I had never been charged for the item. They said that the order was "authorized" in PayPal, and that they withdraw the money when the item ships. Since it never did ship, I was never charged.

"I need to let people know that buying a phone from this place was so easy and the shipping was so fast, but now 2 months later I had a problem with my phone not being able to send multi media messages. I contacted my phone company att. and then a configuration company, no one could help not even motorola. So I called auroracell, he told me what to do and said if it didn't work to call back. Nothing would work but David did not leave me, he stayed with me until it worked. He found the problem and never gave up on me. I really have a lot of respect for this guy and the company he works for should know the asset they have. If ever again I need any help or advice for the components they sell, they have a customer for life!! Thanks to you David and the company that hired him ! You folks are great. By the way looking on my paperwork David was the one who took my order !"
