"The owner of the company contacted me immediately after he saw my review of a recent order, and he tried his best to correct the problem. I am very happy with his good intention of doing business in the right way. So I removed the original review and changed the rating to 4 stars, and wish the best for Audiogurus.

I ordered a receiver on 12/1, and the owner gave me a huge discount. He informed me immediately when the receiver arrived at the warehouse on 12/3, and shipped it to me on 12/4. I just received the receiver in perfect conditions on 12/5, and absolutely love it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience doing business with Audiogurus and will use it again for my future purchases. I highly recommend Audigurus, it is awesome!

"My order stayed in the "Processing" category for a little better than 2 weeks and after a few calls, checking the status, it became apparent that Audiogurus should have another step in their process of notifications. Maybe something stating more than just "Processing" when an order might be delayed due to being on back order from the manufacturer. I was the recipient to their sweepstake and was awarded the equivalent of $500 in points with the company. During the delay, I wasn't sure if my points weren't eligible for the purchase, was PayPal not responding or do I need another form of payment. I was assured that everything was fine. Finally my order came due and was delivered in less than 24hrs. I'm still very pleased with Audiogurus, sweepstakes or not. I just ask that they consider anot her notification if your order will be delayed. "
