"They Charged 1000$ Doc fee and I can't seem to get them to get everything to my License office to get my tags. Bought a car on October 30, 2020 and its now feb 22, 2021. For a thousand bucks for documents, I expected they would do that well! I finally got docs about two weeks ago but, they only sent a check for half the sales tax. We've already racked up 3 months of penalty for late title. My license office called them while I was there and the actually said "we can't be held responsible for a slow postal service -- but they sent the docs overnight Fed-Ex! So, 114 days and 3 temp tags later this is still unresolved. I have many unreturned e-mails and phone calls. This is such a basic function when selling cars it shouldn't be this difficult. Their unresponsive customer service is in-excusable."
