"I ordered a few items and they did not arrive in a timely manner... When contacted the customer service department they bent over backwards to help me... It turned out that at one point my order got lost in the shuffle. They staff when hearing about this did what they could do to correct the error, Then a computer error did not get one of the items out to me again the staff went out their way to figure out the error correct the error and in my case help me find a replacement item... It was Indicated that there should have been an email letting me know that item I wanted was no longer available... Again Bad Communication great customer service"
