"I paid a ridiculously low price for a 'special deal'. It was for a Ford Focus or equivalent. However, when I asked for a Ford Focus at the counter, the company (Dollar) said they only had a few Fords and mostly carried Nissans. In addition, they would not give me an equivalent because I had a special rate that allowed the on-duty manager to choose the vehicle of the day. They gave me a Dodge van (I am not a soccer mom) and only offered other options with me having to pay more money. I kept the van. I know car rental companies do not promise exact vehicles, but I didn't even get an equivalent due to the rate code, which I knew nothing about."
"The rental car was really very old over 140.000km with check engine light turned on, the parking brake is not working, dirty and smelly car, child seat not suitable for baby to baby and dirty with vomit, guarantee required of 1500 €! even so ask for a mercedes!!! The charge we did not even escorted to ascertain damage to the car which was really reduced bad. never again!!!!"
