"Atlantic Firearms website has good prices on good equipment. I was skeptical, so I spent weeks researching. I found good reviews and bad reviews. It seemed the bad reviews were problems not related to Atlantic Firearms. I called my FFL agent and prepared to order. I placed a sizable order and gave my FFL agent the information from Atlantic. Atlantic and my FFL agent linked up and the order was shipped. Everything arrived at my FFL agent as advertised in the expected time frame. My FFL agent had good things to say about the equipment I received. Nice job Atlantic. Keep up the good work."

"I ordered a firearm from them and their site would not recognize any FFL's in my area. I included the FFL information under the comment section. After I sent several emails, they sent an auto response telling me to have my FFL contact them. My FFL does not do that. I gave them the information again and said If their site doesn't work right, I'ld take my business elsewhere. A customer service rep replies and started a **** contest with me. I could tell the agent was just looking for an excuse. I told them they were right, I was wrong, forgive me. They cancelled the order. I'm fine with that result as I see lots of unhappy customers compared to a few happy ones. Their prices are fair but support after the sale is the most important thing. I do not believe you will get any support once they have your money as they just don't care about other people. It's the little things that show who we are as people. "

"Bought an ak rifle from them which they produced/assembled themselves. Mag fitment was terrbile for a $1200 Ak. They sent a replacement but the issue was not fixed. The replacement rifle had just as bad mag fitment. Took it to a gunsmith where they noticed the trigger guard was improperly placed on the receiver or the mag catch was too short. I ask Atlantic what they thought and if they'd fix it and they basically told me everything they touch is quality and that my gunsmith doesn't know what he is talking about. They refused to do anything more. Terrible experience and I ended up putting the gun for sale. Do not spend your money here. Do not buy an Ak that Atlantic assembled/produced. They fit the stereotype of an American AK building ie..garbage QC. Thanks Atlantic!"

"This review may change. BUT on August 4th, 2020 I made a $100 payment on a layaway firearm - complete with bank draft withdrawal and confirmation email from Atlantic Firearms. As of August 26th, 2020, the payment has not posted to my account and two voice messages and three emails have gone un answered. So not only have they taken my $100 without acknowledging, five attempts to reach them mean that the situation has not even been addressed. I bought another firearm from them in April without any hassle at all. My complaint is only for this purchase. But if they don't respond I will request a full refund and never deal with them again,

"My FFL Transfer had informed me that Atlantic firearms had called said the wanted their gun back..

Shame on Atlantic firearms for doing that without communicating with me about it, they went behind my bAck. This business doesn’t care about their customers as they do their employees. I had a miscommunication issue with my FFL Transfer and called Atlantic to tell them if they don’t contact me, I will contact a lawyer, I hadn’t heard from my FFL Transfer for 3 days because he had went into a diAbetic comA. This was the problem, I didn’t find out till the very end. What does Atlantic do, instead of contacting me to tell me, they sent a return label requesting the firearm back. Luckily for this awesome transferee he understood the problem and sold me the rifle. I will never purchase any firearms from this company. Only a coward goes behind someone’s back to try to do thAt. I would have only gone after a lawyer if I didn’t get my gun. But they seem to discriminate to anyone they don’t wAnt to mAke a sale to"

"The layaway option is great, until you realize they don't ship the gun until it's paid. So why do they charge you, if your payment is late and your guns not even in the mail by the 45th day? You have no product in hand. They have the order in there ware house they but, they want to charge you a redicoulius restock fee wich is bs. Then they go an sa you don't get your money back. Really what's the deal here. From reading this there customer service is iffy to say they least. I will not be dealing with them from this point on. I am a customer service rep for a well known company, and this is very poor service. If I realized I would have no product in hand I would not have chosen this method. I would happily go to another more professional store. For as clear and bold labeled like they present themselves in business there are grey areas like my question te were left unanswered and should have been presented clearly. My opinion if you'd like a firearm unless is some special edition got to classic firearms or another retailer. These guys are cut rate. "
