"Ordering and shipping were great. The quality of the buld sub-par at best. I had ordered a bulb for my TV (P-VIP 120-132/1.0 E22HA)in July of 2011. It went dead in Oct. 2012, that's only 15 months of use. Of course, the warrantee was only good for 12 months. Most companies are quality driven and sell quality products. I'm not so sure your company is quality driven. But, I do give 2nd chances, that's all you get! I've ordered another bulb today. I will let people know the results, good or bad. I'm not very pleased right now."
