"Well, I purchased a clarisonic mia2 here with a free cleanser and brush bag, after payment done for 2 days i still have not received any confirmation email from them, after check with their customer adviser, i was informed that my credit card information was not complete and i required to refill the credit card information.
They told me that the free cleanser and brush bag is out of stock so i won't be able to entitled for that anymore after i re-make the payment. FINE!!! The next day after payment done i still not received any tracking information for my clarisonic. After checked witht the customer adviser again, i was told the color that I have chosen is OUT OF STOCK! I have to wait another 1 week inorder to get the parcel.... Finally i get my long long waited parcel after 2 weeks ... Did not see any free sample. ( for any purchase will entitled for a free sample) The parcel packaging was fine, found a bit scratched on the clarisonic handle.
My advise to askderm.com:
1.) please put more concern on customer, contact customer immediately if there're anything goes wrong before customer look for you, especially when credit card have problem, out of stock, and etc...
2.) please make sure you provide anything that you have promised to customer, i feel like i have been cheated.... =( "
