"Amazing products with good prices. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. My first time ordering I received my order in about a week time. My second order was delayed due to an issue at the factory and I only found that out a month later after sending about 10 emails asking for an update/refund. The offered to send me a replacement which was an upgrade and I gladly accepted but then it was never shipped. Another month later and several emails they finally replied that my original order was available and they would ship as soon as I confirmed my address. About 30 emails later my order finally shipped and a total of 4 month had pasted from when I originally made the order. I love their products I just wish they could ship in a timely manor. I cannot say I would not ever make a future order but I will not order anything I need right away. "

"Just posted on their Facebook page. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to placing my 2nd order. I hope they get their act together as the webstore is great - they just fail to handle/process orders with any form of urgency and don't keep their customers informed as to what is going wrong:

I dont appreciate dealing with an online store taking payments for orders via paypal for an order to be shipped Express 48hour... on March 1st only to still be waiting and watching the Order state to remain in the "Processing" status. The main site advertised multilingual Skype support contacts are always offline. The telephone contact number does not answer/have an answering machine active to take incoming messages. No updates of problems or issues flagged off the main store site... it just keeps taking orders ... even when aparently no one is in the office.... Not the way I would expect anyone to run "one of the biggest B2C from China selling mobile phones, tablet pc, Android TV Box, accessories and another electronic..." Sad cos the online store is terrific and very easy for customers to place orders. Post order processing/customer notification in the event of a problem just doesn't seem to be a priority for the company... which is weird So ... ask yourself the question.... "If this chap in Australia who has placed 2 orders and in both cases has had serious issues regarding order handling and processing should I buy and place orders from this company?"... I've offered to provide ideas and feedback on how to avoid customer badvocacy (i.e. opposite of advocacy). Being responsive and keeping customers updated of order processing delays on the main store to allow customers to decide if they are willing to live through the dark side of the moon experience once the order is placed/payments are taken. Clearly there is an issue here the business needs to address urgently or else I fear Asiapads will fail which I hope won't happen. Come on Asiapads step up to the challenge of handling your customers express orders in an Express and informative way!!! Please process my order (#98282) and ship it to me ASAP. Thanks

"I read the negative reviews about AsiaPads in this threat, but I still decided to order my Android HDMI Dongle (Zero Device Z4C Quattro).
I just received my order yesterday, so I've decided to write a short review myself and share my experience.

My order was placed november 22nd, with the option to ship it for free. On the website a delivery time of 20 to 40 days was mentioned, but after 25 days of impatient waiting, I wanted to check the order status via Skype. I was answered surprisingly fast, though in broken english. It happened that my package didn't pass the customs, and it was returned to Asiapads. The help desk worker kept promise to come back to me on skype and confirmed that the package was sent via PayPal, that would be more "quickly and safety"

Yesterday 6th of Jan my order arrived. Product works as expected, I'm very satisfied. Asiapads also added a small gift as a compensation for the waiting (I guess...). A mini stylus pen, a ballpoint pen and an earphone winder.

"My money was taken and the order was never shipped. I have received several excuses from Asiapads.com customer service why it has been delayed for 5 months. First I was told about a manufacturing problem. Then I was told they are shipping a newer better product immediately which never arrived. Then I was told they have problems with customs in Hong Kong and mail was delayed. Now i'm being told they were hacked etc. etc. etc.
This is the poorest I have ever been treated as a paying customer. Absolutely unprofessional business.
Essentially they stole my money. Do not purchase anything from Asiapads. They are a fraud.

"I oredered a jxd s5100 for Christmas. It too a month for me to receive it and when I finally received it the game console keept on freezing so I tried to returned it, by writting tem email after email and received not even one email back from them. they have a rreally bad customer service.

please don't buy from them. Now I'm stuck with a game console that while in the middle of my kids playing it, keeps on freezing.

Save you money.

"I've bought an Android TV BOX on asiapads :
1)I've paid 29 euros (more than 30% of materiel price) of customs fees => on theire nothing about this risk

2)It's supposed to have 1 GB RAM and 4GB storage but I see only 300 MB RAM !!! and 2,3 GB storage

Finally the box is quite unusable because of continual heavy load showing frequently "Application not responding" message;

Seller never respond to my mails; I'll try to solve that using paypal services.

AVOID THIS SELLER !!!

(Order the device Geniatech Enjoy TV Plus ATV2000)

A month after I ordered I received the package.
Then 2 weeks I tried to resolve the failure with manufacturer Geniatech support, DVBT function is not working and the box frequently freezing. The
Geniatech support sent me new firmware versions, and instruction, I tried to do all possible steps to fix the malfunction and to avoid sending it back to supplier (Asiapads)


The Asia pads resolution were:

So I shipped the package back exactly according the supplier-Asiapads instructions.
Also according the Post office tracking the Asiapads got back the package at 2012-07-08.

I sent to them a few emails in order to find out the money refund status.
During a month the Asiapads didn't reply to me once, they simply ignoring me.
The money amount is 169$.

"I bought a media player and they sent the wrong one (previous version). I had to pay $30 to return it and then they just played lots of games... in the end I got ripped off $149 for the unit and $30 in shipping, not to mention all the aggravation.

"Asiapads.com is a complete CON. There are no products. Do your own internet research to find out that the site is a complete FRAUD. Click on any of the MSN Messegnger names, any time of the day or night and you will see that they are never "online". They do not exist. Any email sent via the "Contact Us" option will NEVER be replied to. The site is hosted in SPAIN not Asia. The telephone number listed on the site is bogus. This is an elaborate HOAX. The FBI is currently investigating the activities of Asiapads.com. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!"
