"The product did not help my speed and they will not do refunds! They also keep automatically billing your account. I was out of town for two weeks and came back with a notice that they were going to bill my account without my consent. Then had a message that it was billed and paid!!
They should be arrested for theft. The product was loaded on my computer then immediately removed. Now 8 months later I was billed without my consent. If you will notice there is no way to contact them by phone to straighten out your problems. I am sure that this is for a reason.

Please do not fall into their trap!!!"
