In the past, I have had issues with direct-to-consumer products. Specifically, I have found that return/exchange policies have hidden requirements and quality is often not what the expectation is. Article surpassed every prior experience I have had! Article has a favorable return/exchange policy in the event you aren't happy with the purchase, but I don't think you will be disappointed. You can immediately tell that the craftsmanship and materials on the Timber Sofa are a high quality. My sofa is simply stunning and I'm sure it will remain in my home for years to come."
