"OK. We LOVE our cigar couch. We just bought a new house a few months ago and aside from the bed it's still the only other furniture in our home (we vowed to only buy quality items and furnish slowly).

The customer service at article is top notch. At first I had ordered the lighter color but I changed my mind. I called the next day and they were able to switch it over easily. It was also very easy to reach a human which isn't always the case when ordering online. The couch arrived FAST! In less than 10 days. I've ordered other furniture online and waited up to a month so I am very impressed with their shipping.

I am not going to lie- at first I thought the couch was hard and uncomfortable and I was freaking out with all the scratches my dogs put on it within 5 minutes of it being in the house (the tiniest thing scratches this thing up, like touching it the wrong way will scratch the beautiful soft leather) However I'm now used to the firmness and LOVE it, it is very comfortable and I've fallen asleep on it more than once (it's nice and wide so you can lay on your back, perfect for guests).

The scratches actually add to the character and make the couch look cooler- they now look like they are supposed to be there. We are very happy and would definitely order again. ""
