I didn't know which color chair I wanted, so first ordered swatches (you have to call but it's super easy), which was great for figuring out what would work in my space. Once I'd chosen and placed an order, when the chair (Blueberry Mod) was shipped I received an email from the delivery company with options for delivery dates and time. Everything was prompt and easy, and the delivery crew were communicative and on time. The chair itself is lovely, comfortable and high quality. The wings make it nice to rest my head against, and I can curl my legs under me. It's very supportive, and the fabric is a nice multi-color weave of black, blue, and cream. I will definitely be considering Article for future purchases."
