It came in a lot of packaging, but it is necessary to protect the furniture. One item came by FedEx and arrived really quickly. The other was larger and was delivered by Ryder and that look a little longer to arrive, but only because Ryder didn't have many delivery time options. Aside from that, customer service was super helpful and accommodating and always quick to respond. "
