"Warning! Arkahdia Arts Studio is a scam! They do not manufacture custom items within 4 weeks! I called them at the end of 4 weeks to ask what the shipping charges would be and they said it would be two or three more days. Another week went by and they said they were still working on it. After 6 weeks I called again and the guy that answered (everyone who “works” there sounds stoned) admitted they had not even started on it! I asked “why?” and he said someone would call me back. I was surprised to get a call back quickly, but he said they don’t make the item I ordered anymore! To this day they still have it on their website (Model Number ST3166, CLEOPATRA CLASSICAL STATUE). He never said anything about a refund, so I had to insist on it. He then sent me an email that said the order was canceled but the refund request was sent to his manager. After another week there was still no refund, so I had to file a dispute with my bank to get the charge reversed. I honestly think Arkahdia just runs out the clock hoping that it will be too late for people to dispute with their credit card companies. Avoid these crooks at all cost!"

"We ordered a column on 25. Dec. 2011 and have not received it yet to this day. Web-site says delivery in 3-4 weeks and now it's been over 3 month. We call and get 2 different excuses from 2 different people. Now we asked for a refund and it looks like we won't get that either. "

"I would never do business with this company again. Customer service is terrible. One of the columns they sent was smashed in small pieces because they failed ton package it well. They will not replace it, nor give me a refund. They had 15 days after I reported damage to make a claim to UPS, but they failed to even respond to my report of damages until they missed their deadline, and now claim my report was too late. They suck."

"I placed an order and received the wrong item. After contacting customer service, they promised to send the correct item, but couldn't ship it until June 18 (which is AFTER the 45 day resolution period Paypal and most credit cards will intervene to help resolve the issue). June 18 came and went. Since then, I have contacted them through the customer service address, the address that the initial response was sent from, and finally the E-mail addresses for both the department head and the company president. All of my correspondence has been COMPLETELY IGNORED. These people deliberately ripped me off. Be warned. "
