"I am giving these people a low rating because they don't have return policies except credit. I first ordered KVR667D2D8P5/1G from them, it was backordered but they had not sent anything to tell me it was backordered until I called them up and asked where my memory was. When I got the memory, I put it in my system to find out that memory module has a timing issue with my MB (IWill DN800-Sli). So I called up and they said I could exchange it in for credit and order another memory module, so far so good with this company, awesome service, just wait. Before I ordered the most recent module (KVR400D2S4R3/1G) I talked to one of the sales reps and they specifically told me "this memory module WILL WORK WITH YOUR SYSTEM". I also told them that I had another brand of memory in (Transcend TS128MQR72V4J), again they said that it will work with my system. I then ordered it, and it came within 3 days, awesome turn-around time. I just recieved this memory yesterday (7/12/2006). I put this new memory module in to find out it has a timing issue with my other memory module, at this point I am extremely angry as they said that it will work with my system. So I called them back up and explained the whole situation, they again told me that all they can do is give me credit on the memory to order another, only one problem with that...NO KINGSTON MEMORY WILL WORK WITH MY TRANSCEND MEMORY (and all they sell is Kingston memory!!)!! (I have called Kingston and Transcend and they both told me that they are incompatible with each-other) I then called back Ark Devices and told them this, they still refused to give me a refund on my memory. Finally after jumping through hoops for them (like calling up Kingston to make sure I have done EVERYTHING to try and make the memory modules work with each other, which I had done previously!) they came back and told me that I could return them with a 20% restocking fee. I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable, I was told (by Ark Devices) that the memory module that I was going to order was going to work with my MB and my memory!! Overall they had decent customer service and turn-around time, but had really bad policies pertaining to returning memory."

"Excellent service. Memory was delivered when they said it would be and their reported in-stock inventory numbers were accurate. Would definately buy from them again!"
