"My order was for a customized Antec SX1030 black case with custom window, custom blowholes, and a lot of other good stuff like black UV light and fan guards.
Shawn e-mailed me about any questions that he had, making sure that he got the case done right. He even e-mailed me pictures before it was sent so that I could give the OK on the case.
The pictures were great, and it looked exactly as I had envisioned it in my mind. The fan guards, fans, and black light were already installed inside the case, something that I thought I would have to do myself. What an awesome piece of work!
When I received the case, the front panel was a bit damaged (not their fault, it was UPS that caused the damage), and Shawn said that he would gladly send me a new front panel. I decided to use some superglue instead and all of the pieces fit fine, so the case was just like new. Although I managed to repair the minor damage, Shawn still said that he would send me a new one if he ever received an extra front panel.
This transaction was truly a great experience. Shawn provided great service and built me a very nice case, for a very good price.
