"It was an extremely frustrating experience. I wanted to send 3 separate bay leaf wreaths to 3 different addresses and I had to go in 3 different times and place separate orders to do it. I also did not want them sent right away but there was no place on the order form online to give a different delivery date. I ended up calling the company twice and still am not sure all three orders went through even though I printed out 3 separate confirmations because I only received an e-mail confirmation on one of them! I only pray that all three will be sent out on December 10th to the three different addresses. The other two order numbers are: AB-7154 and AB-7153. This ordering process and form need serious re-working!!! "

"I order over $200 in merchandise from the web site, but web site only allowed one delivery address per order, forcing me to create four $55 orders. When I petitioned customer service for the $25 gift card per $100 ordered they said sure, but only sent me one for an over $200 order. I made other suggestions for customer service to not have to send two gift cards as they should, but they said no to all suggestions and only sent me one. You guys shouldn't offer bonus offers, because the way you handle them is confusing and frustrating. "

"I decided that I didn't like the product when I got it. There was no information included in the shipment to explain how to return it. I emailed the company to ask and got an email saying that since I contacted the company within 30 days of the order, they would let me return it and would send me a return label. I believe that the company should include info and return label for returns as a matter of course. I am out of town for the next week and can't return the item until I get back; the process is making me nervous and less likely to shop again until I find out that I get a refund."
