"I bought a very expensive tool for my son for Christmas and the ad by Arctic stated it would be delivered BY Christmas. Arctic was not the cheapest option for this tool, but it was the only company that said it would be delivered in time. As soon as it shipped, I received an email stating it would arrive Dec 26! I emailed them and they emailed back saying they never promised me it would be here by Christmas, but I still have the actual order confirmation saying it would arrive the 21st to the 25th. They are back east and I am in California. They shipped it ground - the absolute slowest and cheapest way they could. I spent $500 with their company and they saved a few dollars in shipping on their end. The mailman surprised my son with his gift. I wasn't home. I will never buy from this company again. No apology, no acknowledgment they made a mistake. Just, "we shipped it within one day of the order" (December 16th). I do not care when you shipped it. I care how you shipped it and when it would arrive. Whoever I spoke to via email was clueless of this. "
