They then claimed that the part had been "installed" and refused the refund. All I did was take it out of the plastic wrap to compare it to the old switch. Don't deal with these scam artists, just look at all the other 1-star reviews from people who have received incorrect or non-working parts and then go elsewhere. You've been warned!"
"I tried to order 4 plastic clips for a refrigerator. When the order processed, it modified the # of units to 1 and charged me 15 dollars. I instantly tried to resubmit the order and it told me that the item was out of stock. I immediately sent numerous emails asking them to cancel the order. They sent me a mail from a person indicating the item was shipped. Are you kidding me ? None of my emails were responded to until the next day and the person indicated that they don't check email until 24 hours after an order. Fk'in liar. Don't trust this company. They are not legitimate or honest. 15 bucks I learned my lesson. "

"I ordered a dishwasher silverware holder on Nov 24th 2019. My credit card was charged the same day. I got an email confirmation of the order, but the invoice has no phone number contact info. I waited for shipment confirmation which never came. I gave them some slack because of Thanksgiving week, and waited until two weeks after ordering before contacting them. On Dec 6th I sent an email and asked if they could please check on my order, giving the order number, and received no reply. A week later, on Dec 13th, I found the phone number on my credit card statement, and called several times, well into business hours. It keeps going to a voice message saying they are closed and to call another day. I disputed the charge on my credit card, which was immediately approved by my bank, and ordered from RepairClinic.com instead."
"Ordered parts, easy enough on the site (could eliminate the annoying pop-ups), prices were good compared to other sites, placed order and chked the receipt.
What I saved in parts cost was eliminated by their tax calculation. Have no idea where they come up with it but it sure isn't correct. (if you add shipping to the cost of the parts, they add 14.2% tax,, if you don't add shipping, they charge 18.65%) They should only be charging your particular state tax, (in our state it's 5.125%, not the ridiculous rate they charge) I sent them a e-mail for explanation but haven't received a response. Will give them a few more days."

They never sent me an email confirming my purchase. They won't give out their name or even their email address. She would not give me an RMA number but told me to send the part back to the Distribution Center. Hopefully they will send me a refund. I will have to track this shipment back to them and cancel this payment through my bank.

I placed an order with this company about 2 days ago. I placed an order for some cooking range knobs using my paypal. I then received an email saying my order was cancelled by the company but no paypal refund. I immediately called the Appliance Parts Experts (Subtropical Parts) and they stated that it was cancelled mistakenly and I would have to reorder and I would have to REPAY the $66 again if I wanted my order in time. I then paid AGAIN to have it delivered to me on time. Today is when It was set to be delivered. It shows on the UPS tracking site it was delivered but guess what... to another address. This company can't even make sure to copy and paste order details correctly.
My original order has now disappeared from their system. When I call to inquire about it, no one can seem to find it even though my paypal shows I made the payment. This company is an example of bad American business. I STRONGLY suggest just using amazon even if the parts cost a couple extra dollars. At least you will know none of this will happen with them. This WAS the biggest mistake I made when placing an appliance parts order online. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be left in the dark after paying double the amount you're supposed to pay for and still will not receive your order.
Let's see how many weeks it takes to get my money back. What a shameful business.
