"People tend to sit behind the front desk and have side conversations. We have to ask for daily updates and they’re generic. “They had a good day”"
"Love the staff, the facility, and the location. Our daughter practically jumps out of our arms when she sees her teachers. Would highly recommend!"
"We are pleased with our experience so far. I love that several staff know my child's name and will interact with him even when they are not scheduled in his room. I understand that there are staffing issues and thankfully we have other options that we can use in an emergency. At pickup, we generally hear that our child had a good day, or an update about his nap - it would be nice to get some specific details about what happened - a book or songs they did, what toys did he play with, or a funny story that about something that he did."
"Satisfactory, in a positive sense."
"I love Gildenwoods as much as my son does.I’m glad with the care my kid receives here."
"my oldest child had wonderful teachers and was well prepared for Kindergarten. My youngest child is most definitely not receiving the same education and consistency my older child received. I would like to see added structure and engagement by the teachers. My observation that the Gilden staff of 12 months ago was significantly better than the current. Additionally, I have noticed some of the staff that was there 12 months ago are not as engaged as they once were. I would like to never receive a message offering a credit day in order to keep my children home. I feel as though i pay good money for this service and i have concerns as to whether i should send my child when you are offering me a credit day because you cannot staff your facility correctly. Going to work is how i support my children and pay for your services."
