"They are incompetent. I placed an order 3/16/16 with a delivery date of 3-7 days. Since then, 8 days later, the order status shows as "processing" and I have not received the product. I filed a complaint ticket on 3/23, 7 days after the order and no one has responded. They are obviously very happy to take your money and not deliver. Going to have to cancel the charge on my credit card and spend lots of time dealing with that. STAY AWAY!!!!
FOLLOW UP: I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, WHO I SEE RANKS THEM "F" AND THEY TRIED TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE COMPANY AND, AFTER TWO TRIES, GOT NO RESPONSE. TO QUOTE THE BBB: "The Better Business Bureau has made two attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file. Because we are not a government agency, we cannot force a business to respond. You may wish to contact your Attorney General or like agency." Further: "The Better Business Bureau develops and maintains BBB Business Reviews on companies across the United States and Canada. This information is available to the public and is frequently used by potential customers. In the case of your complaint, the business's failure to promptly give attention to the matter will be reflected in the review we give to consumers about them." "

"Great store. I ordered a Pink iPhone 4 (CDMA) color conversion kit. I accidentally ordered a 4S kit but I sent it back and they replaced for me. Free of charge! I recommend them. If for some reason your items do not ship promptly or do not arrive, just tell them you will dispute with PayPal or your bank, but be ready to do so if you have to."
"The screen I ordered from this retailer started malfunctioning. The top part of the screen no longer responds to touch. I contacted the Apple Parts Store and received a response from Jonathan Mabey instructing me to submit an RMA online. When I tried to following his instructions, it would not allow me to do this online. I've tried contacting them numerous times to find another way to get a replacement item and all have gone unanswered.
At this time, I would stay away from ordering anything from this retailer as they are not capable of meeting customer demands. Looking back, I've come to my own conclusion it is a kid selling Apple knock-off parts out of his dorm room. "
"While replacing my home button I bent my digitizer cable (ugh). I bought a display assembly from Apple Parts Store for my iPhone 4 GSM.
The part was ordered on saturday and arrived the next thursday with free shipping (USPS Parcel).
It said it's an OEM part. It is definitely not but given the price (40$) that was sort of expected. It came with a grill for the earpiece (that looks nothing like the original) and I ordered the holder for the front camera as well.
I think the piece is slightly thicker than OEM. It came in an appropriate size box in bubble package but still had one of the holders on the back of the unit that was bent. Wasn't an issue bending it back.
The screen looks like it is IPS (based on the angles anyway). Backlight leaks on a spot on the top. The fit of the home button could be better. I believe the hole for it is slightly too large so it is moving more than before (it's subtle).
I am overall satisfied. 3 stars because the price was reasonable (you can find cheaper, but I was afraid the screen would suck) and the screen is of overall good quality but I did not appreciate it being advertised as OEM when it is obviously not an Apple part."
"I ordered a royal blue glass assembly for my iPhone 4. Over a week went by and there was no update on the tracking information. I then googled this company and found this review site and began to feel concerned over whether I had been scammed or not. I emailed the company and received an automated message in return. I told them that if there was no change within 24 hours then i would be calling my bank to dispute the charge. I waited 2 days and my packaged had shipped and was at my house the next day. The assembly I received was exactly as stated and the quality and look were even better than I thought they would be. My advice would be to be a little skeptical before ordering from applepartstore but I was in no way scammed. Product is great!"
