"After receiving a hard drive from apexcctv that I had bought for a dvr that I had also bought from apexcctv, I noticed the 4 screws required to screw the hard drive on to the base of the dvr were not included with the hard drive, and they were missing on the dvr. I email support at apexcctv about this inquiring whether it was an oversight or not, and I have never received an answer. This is a LITTLE disappointing as the hard drive is just sitting LOOSE at the base of the dvr. I would much rather have it screwed down properly. These are VERY SPECIALIZED SCREWS and I have not been able to find anything suitable in Albuquerque to do the job. Other than this, every experience I've had with aapex cctv has been pretty good, their prices competitive and the quality of their products goods. The lack of screws and the no reply to my email does leave me wondering though. It's very unlike apex cctv which normally replies immediately to any concern about their product(s)."

one of the power supplies was bad so I had to spend $7.00 to ship back a bad part. You would thing as bad as thing are made in China, someone would have the sense to randomly sample and test their products before sending them off to a customer. I could have made a video to show it did not work and would not have cost me anything"
