"I bought this antenna with the intent of installing it outside. Things have been extremely busy in recent weeks, so in a pinch I decided to install it in my attic, just opposite of my media room. I figured I go back and install it outside once I had more time. Turns out, I do not need to install it outside. Not only am I getting all of Austin's local channels, but I'm getting TV stations from Waco and even College Station. I now have 2 ABCs, 2 NBCs, 2 CBSs and 2 FOX channels. I'm also getting a wide array of local independent channels I hung the antenna in my attic on the current trusses. The antenna is actually quite small. Installation might have taken 30 minutes, and presto fantastic TV coverage."
"This antenna exceeded my expectations. I mounted it outdoors on the roof of my two story house. The antenna picks up over 50 channels in the part of Maryland where I live (between D.C. and Baltimore). I live right in the middle of these two cities, (about 25 miles to D.C. or Baltimore towers) but I do more work in D.C. and our FiOS TV service (that we have now canceled) piped in the D.C. channels. Bottom line, I decided to point the antenna in the direction of the D.C. area broadcast towers. After doing a channel scan, I was able to pick up all D.C., Baltimore, and Anapolis over-the-air digital and HD channels!! For me the 50+ channels ends up being about 25 after removing the duplicate affiliates for the major broadcasters. Of the 25 unique channels, about 4 are spanish speaking. Funny enough, even my kids (4 and 6) are excited to cut the cord because we now recieve the qubo channel over-the-air and didn't with our FiOS TV!"
"The hardest part about installing was figuring out how the existing wiring in my house went from the old satellite dish to our living room. Once the coaxial cables were all plugged in right, I scanned for TV signals and got every station I wanted on the first try."

"This is a great OTA antenna, it provides crystal clear HD channels on all three of my TVs at a fair price. This antenna is light weight, you can easily hold and balance it with one hand. It is relatively small, around 3 feet long and could probably fit just about anywhere. My advice, save money, get the channels you want, CUT THE CORD!!"
"Can't go wrong with this, and it works well in an attic installation so you won't have to deal with putting it outside. I do not have any kind of radiant barrier in my attic; I do understand a radiant barrier can block signals. But for me, this is not a factor. If you need a long range antenna, this is a great choice."
"I Live 20 miles from ALL the TV transmitters in Los Angeles, which are all in the same place on Mt. Wilson. My antenna is mounted on my chimney, and I NEVER WORRY about getting any of the LA TV stations, and the list is a long one, over 150 channels. I have it amplified ( I suggest getting an inline RF amplifier), but my signal is also split between 3 rooms. And like I said I get some stations at 100% on the signal meter."
"I did not believe this antenna would be able to receive VHF (2ch-13ch) as the elements are so short; BUT it DOES and a fine job of it. The antenna goes together well, meaning it is very well built and durable. I have been in that business in years past and can say this antenna is an exceptional value. We get all of the two dozen broadcast (over the air) channels in Albuquerque with very good reception"
"Easy to follow assembly instructions, well thought off design. Mounting arm is strong and easy to attach to house structure. At 40 miles reception without amplifier indoors is a bit sketchy, with the amp - rock solid. I will need to add "ground block" for lightning surge protection. I will have to position it close to the house grounding wire. This antenna is obviously highly directional, turning it about 5 degrees causes significant decrease of signal. Great product, highly recommend."
"Overall, this is a very valuable and well-engineered antenna. It would be a better deal against competing antennas if it was $10 cheaper; however, for as many channels with excellent quality from a major brand, you really can't go wrong with this purchase."

"I did a lot of research before I finally choose this antenna. Unless you truly need a much larger antenna because your towers are over 40 miles away or you are blocked in by mountains or large buildings. This antenna will do the job.
