"So at first I would have given them a 5 star rating. When my cover arrived the print quality was beautiful and the material was so soft. Turns out these guys cut corners and use the cheapest of the 2-way tricot material. The most expensive material they offer. My cover is shredded after one week and it started tearing all over after just one night of use. Please don't fall for these guys."

"Had them do a custom wall scroll. Had a heart attack when I opened the tiny 400g envelope that cost them $6 to ship and cost me $17 to have them ship to me.
Lo and behold, the image I sent in translated to 30-50% oversaturation (gross on its own), and the skin color in some areas shifted to neon freakin orange(reason for the heart attack).
Color calibration is not that difficult aside from needing a different profile for each material and each individual printer, and the equipment is only $300-1500. Given that it costs their chinese plant $5-10 to manufacture the items they sell for $30-120, they have no excuses.
When I complained about it they did not offer to correct the problem (nor would I even trust them to) by shipping a corrected one, nor would they give me any manner of refund. They basically spat in my face and offered a $10 discount as if I'd be stupid enough to buy from them again.
Additionally: Many of the designs they offer are direct copyright violations. Some were taken down, others are still there, and some were commissions or uploaded by users (which again, may violate copyright). I have read the inner pillow they sell are very poor quality, especially considering the high price they charge for them.
I don't know of any trustworthy places to buy dakimakura as I'm not interested in them, but you should definitely not buy from this company if you expect more than 40% color accuracy.
As for wall scrolls, customwallscrolls.com is a much safer bet as the color is fairly accurate (just make sure your wall is well-lit at 180+ lux), though their material is not as fine and detail friendly as the peach skin ADP uses..."

"I dont write alot of reviews but had to for this site. Bought a inner pillow body from here as i wanted to try compare it to one i already had. The one i had before was 65, while animedakimakurapillow sells at 100 straight normally, without extra/better stuffing and discounts. After getting the pillow immediately, its not nearly as stuffed as my other one, and wasnt made of as nice quality either, which is really crappy considering its almost 40 bucks more. The whole point of dakimakuras is that they are big and fluffy and huggable, but the one they sell for overpriced prices wasnt worth using as more then a floor mat, an uncomfortable one at that. I cant speak for for the daki covers, but the pillow is garbage, dont bother with it."
"Absurdly convoluted pricing scheme and lie-to-your-face "sales" practically forces the customer to pay extra unless they significantly contribute to the site themselves in some way. After that, you'll get the average price most sellers would ask for. Insults the buyer by including a "discount code" for another order after you receive one, which happens to be the exact same discount code it plasters all over its site for 10% off every order, and is profoundly manipulating, since the coupon after receiving orders is completely worthless. In the end, if you can get through its stupidly difficult ways to lower the prices to average levels, you're paying about the same as everyone else does on other sites instantly, but you have to work hard just to reach that price, as everything on the site is by-default overpriced. Additionally, there is no free shipping for month-long shipping times unless at least $100 is spent, which is lunacy. ePackets are not an option, only EMS without any tracking. Your only choices are the extremely expensive expedited option or slowest-possible-method, which you must pay $15 extra for if you're only there for a specific item under $100. However, there is no tracking for this option, either, so you just have to wait and hope they get around to your order someday. The selection itself is nothing special, but occasionally you can find one that is somewhat difficult to find elsewhere.
Returns are an absolute nightmare. If you want to return something like I did after I received the wrong items, they will make you jump through flaming hoops to get your money back, even if it was their mistake.
Just use aliexpress.com, which offers far less expensive prices to begin with and often hosts sellers that do not charge for ePacket shipments, will normally take 1-2 weeks as opposed to 3-5 weeks."
