"I bought a splitter for my 2002 corvette and it worked great in the end. My only issue was no attach parts and there were no instructions on how to install the part. My body shop figured it out and it looks great. It was a bit of work for them, but like I said, it looks great. The part is well made and fit well once figured out. "

"I ordered some HKS air and oil filters from Andy's towards the end of last year. These are great products and Andy's is one of the few outlets that carries them (good). I was absolutely astonished at the shipping charges I had to pay, though!!! Upwards of $50 to ship small, lightweight pieces that in total cost approx. $120. I like the HKS components but am looking for another outlet where I can get them without paying these ridiculous, outrageous shipping charges!
Since this original review posted, I was contacted personally by the President of Andy's Auto Sport. To his credit, he had checked shipping charges on this order and indicated he, too thought they came out much too high - the company also refunded the entire shipping charge as a goodwill gesture. To me this was an exceptionally considerate response to the original review. I have never had such a customer service experience before - I revised ratings to reflect the company's willingness to acknowledge this issue and take concrete action to try and satisfy a rankled customer!"
